Wes Byers - Benvolio

Wes Byers (he/him)is a Chicago-based theatre artist and musician. Prior to his work in Chicago, Wes toured the world aboard Holland America Cruise Lines as a piano bar entertainer and mainstage vocalist. Since moving to Chicago, Wes has enjoyed working in the cabaret and storefront scene, serving as accompanist and music director for Essential Invisible’s Life is a Queer Cabaret series, composing music and performing in Nonsense Production’s original practices production of Twelfth Night, and most recently as music director for Point2Point Production’s Jagged Little Pill. Wes is a graduate of Ball State University, and attended the British American Drama Academy’s Midsummer in Oxford program last summer.
